Earlier this month, I attended the absolutely wonderful Eyeo Festival. This time around I submitted an ignite talk which was both amazingly fun and scary. You only get five minutes, that’s it! Five minutes is really not a lot of time at all.
My talk was called “How to get people to do what you want” and it’s all about how my collaborators and I were able to get people to respond to our yarnbombing projects… all in just five minutes :)
This was my first ignite talk, but it was such a blast I’d love to do another sometime. And of course, the Eyeo Festival itself was full of awesome sessions and attendees. I can’t wait for next year!
